EN Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“EN”, “We”, “Us”, “Ours” or "The Company") considers user privacy paramount, and EN utilizes great care in keeping the information of the users of the users of the site ("Users", "You", “Customers” or “End Users”) private and secure. To demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy, the following agreement has been created to explain our policies and procedures in relation to all data collected.
This Privacy Agreement ("PA") we describe the information that we collect; how we use, disclose, and share your information; and how we protect your information.
EN reserves the right to modify, update and/or materially change any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement without notice to customers. Any modifications are effective upon posting on EN Website ("Site"). Customers shall periodically review the Site for any changes.
3. Hosted Data
Through the Service, EN provides computing and network infrastructure that hosts customer websites, Internet communications, and other applications. As a result, our infrastructure stores and transmits information about customers' businesses, as well as information collected by those businesses. We refer to all such information that we do not actively collect as "Hosted Data." Hosted Data may include personally identifiable information and other information that belongs to our customers' own customers, website visitors, or other users.
We take no active part in collecting it, and generally we do not access its content. However, EN staff may occasionally access Hosted Data through delivery of services and support to customers. For instance, staff may come into contact with Hosted Data by verifying back-up and restore processes, by verifying that applications are running properly, or through debugging efforts.
4. Contact Information & Financial Information
We collect and retain certain contact information (such as name, address and email address) and financial information (such as bank account or credit card number). These contact information are used to process the requests and orders, and to contact the requesting or ordering party when necessary.
Financial information are used to bill for products and services ordered. We do not sell, share or rent any confidential information that was collected from you except as disclosed in this policy or as necessary to fulfill your order.
The Company is concerned with the security of the data we have collected and utilizes commercially reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to that information. These measures include policies, procedures, employee training, physical access and technical elements relating to data access controls. In addition, The Company uses standard security protocols and mechanisms to facilitate the exchange and the transmission of sensitive data, such as credit card details. All information provided is then stored on secured servers configured to allow only authorized access personal.
The Company give assurance to our customers that appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, copying, use, alteration, accidental loss or theft, destruction or damage.
7. Individual Access and Correction
Customers can change their account information. Most customers can do so via EN’s online customer portal. All other customers can access, change or removal of account information by contacting their EN Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. Reporting Misuse Of Data
Customers and other third parties should contact EN about any suspected misuse of their personally identifiable information or other data. All such inquiries or complaints should be directed to us via email to email@example.com.
